October 30, 2024: Early Career Award
All member societies of the ICA are invited to nominate one of their membership for the prestigious ICA Early Career Award, which is presented at the Triennial Congress to an individual who is relatively early in his/her professional career (about 10-15 years of active career), who has contributed substantially, through published papers, to the advancement of theoretical or applied acoustics or both, and who has been active in the affairs of Acoustics through their National Society, or other National Societies, Regional or International organizations. The award will be presented during the 2025 ICA in New Orleans.

November 18, 2024: Early Abstract Submissions
The early abstract submission deadline is for international participants who need additional time to make travel arrangements. Confirmation of abstract acceptance will be provided shortly after the submission deadline by the ICA Secretary.
Abstracts are submitted on the ASA website. The abstract submission site will open in October.
November 18, 2024: Young Scientist Conference Attendance Grants
The Board of the International Commission for Acoustics (ICA) has established the ICA Young Scientist Conference Attendance Grants (YS Grants) Program to help young acousticians attend the Congress in New Orleans. Each grant is up to 500 USD, from which a portion will be used to cover the conference registration. Candidates must be under 35 years of age on the day of the opening ceremony of the Congress (May 18, 2025) and may be either undergraduate or postgraduate students, postdoctoral or young acousticians. Special consideration will be given to applicants from developing countries.
